What Data Do We Process?

Contact Form

When you send a message via the contact form, we process the following personal data: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics Data (Cookies)

With your consent, we use Azure Application Insights to collect anonymized data about your use of the website: anonymized IP address, browser type and version, which pages you visit, and duration of visit. This data is used solely to improve the website.

Purpose and Legal Basis

  • Contact information is processed to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Legitimate interest, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
  • Analytics data is processed to improve the website's user experience. Legal basis: Consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

Retention and Deletion

Information from the contact form is retained for up to 3 years after completed dialogue and deleted thereafter. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days in accordance with Microsoft's default settings for Azure Application Insights.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You can request access to the personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Erasure: You can request deletion of your personal data.
  • Restriction: In certain cases, you can request that processing be restricted.
  • Data portability: You have the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Complaint: You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Borgergade 28, 5th floor, 1300 Copenhagen K. See datatilsynet.dk.

  • Necessary cookie: We set a cookie (cookieConsent) to store your preference regarding analytics cookies. This cookie expires after 1 year.
  • Analytics cookies: With your consent, Azure Application Insights uses cookies to track anonymized visit data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom left of the page.
